About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform research and analysis to support reimbursement policy governance and related business operations.
- Elicit, document, develop, and track business and functional requirements to address intermediate‑level business needs.
- Support governance and operational execution by maintaining tracking tools and documentation.
- Develop and document business requirement deliverables for projects supporting reimbursement policy governance.
- Document new procedures and supporting artifacts (e.g., work instructions, workflow diagrams).
- Maintain and manage SharePoint and other document repositories.
- Use industry‑standard analysis techniques (e.g., workflow analysis, business process mapping).
- Perform quality assurance on reimbursement policy documentation and deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field.
- Experience managing document repositories (e.g., SharePoint)
- Experience using reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint lists, or similar)
- Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing structured materials such as summaries, meeting notes, reporting outputs, or briefing documents.
- Experience supporting governance, review, or approval processes through documentation, tracking, coordination, and quality control using established standards or checklists.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across documentation and deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a structured, process‑driven environment.
