Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development or delivery of approved projects supporting all consumer capabilities and lines of coverage
Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of product design or delivery documents
Oversee projects, processes and performance reports
Ensure product roadmaps are created and maintained
Sequence and prioritize dependent capabilities
Evaluate and identify project dependencies
Serve as the conduit related to timely and accurate information exchange
Develop corporate wide communications regarding project status

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
8+ years of experience in related field.
In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
5+ years of people leadership
5+ years of Agile experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
Demonstrated Operational Strategy Experience
Familiarity with Call Center strategy and metrics
