💰 $73,698 - $117,917 per year

About the role

  • Support the implementation of healthcare redesign and partnership strategies to meet Blue Cross NC’s growth objectives
  • Manage healthcare costs while improving outcomes and the healthcare experience for our members
  • Assist with strategic planning, complex financial/qualitative analysis and thought leadership
  • Present information on strategic concepts, planning data, medical expense/reimbursement rates, and provider performance metrics to internal and external audiences
  • Organize and communicate progress towards completion of overall work portfolio
  • Collaborate with and support departments across the enterprise
  • Analyze and monitor industry, regulatory, technology and market-based trends that affect operations
  • Support operational improvements with new analysis/reporting capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Experience with Epic and/or the Epic Payer Platform (preferred qualifications)
  • Demonstrated program management experience
  • Blend of clinical, business, and technical expertise
  • Proven ability to effectively engage, partner with, and influence internal and external stakeholders
