Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports business intelligence efforts by gathering reporting requirements, maintaining BI tools and infrastructure, and developing reports and dashboards
  • Ensures data accuracy, system performance, and secure access
  • Collaborates with teams to optimize data flows and drive informed decision-making through effective analytics and visualization
  • Collects and maintains the set of business reporting requirements
  • Sets up and maintains BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources
  • Communicates with operations leaders to determine specific business requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions
  • Implements BI reports based on business requirements
  • Maintains an accurate and comprehensive inventory of data, data systems, and data storage
  • Assists in implementing effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision making, efficiency and performance
  • Works with data colleagues to propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or related healthcare or scientific discipline
  • Master’s Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or related healthcare or scientific discipline (preferred)
  • 1+ years in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field
  • Includes proficiency in common tools and products such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlikview
  • 1+ years experience in Electronic Health Record and/or Enterprise Resource Planning application reporting
