Supports business intelligence efforts by gathering reporting requirements, maintaining BI tools and infrastructure, and developing reports and dashboards
Ensures data accuracy, system performance, and secure access
Collaborates with teams to optimize data flows and drive informed decision-making through effective analytics and visualization
Collects and maintains the set of business reporting requirements
Sets up and maintains BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources
Communicates with operations leaders to determine specific business requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions
Implements BI reports based on business requirements
Maintains an accurate and comprehensive inventory of data, data systems, and data storage
Assists in implementing effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision making, efficiency and performance
Works with data colleagues to propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or related healthcare or scientific discipline
Master’s Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or related healthcare or scientific discipline (preferred)
1+ years in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field
Includes proficiency in common tools and products such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlikview
1+ years experience in Electronic Health Record and/or Enterprise Resource Planning application reporting
