Manage high performing teams accountable for delivering complex business and technical portfolio and program solutions
Provide operational and tactical support to deliver on enterprise strategies
Ensure initiative/program benefits achieve business objectives
Align portfolio and program deliverables to enterprise goals
Drive coordination, responsiveness, consistency, and continuous capability development across portfolios
Ensure enterprise portfolios are strategically aligned, financially optimized, effectively sequenced, and predictably planned for delivery
Support enterprise‑level portfolio reporting and analysis
Establish and evolve portfolio management standards, frameworks, and operating rhythms
Oversee funding, capacity, and demand analysis
Lead portfolio oversight in a highly matrixed environment
Develop relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and key delivery partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
8+ years of experience in related field
In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
