About the role
- Manage high performing teams accountable for delivering complex business and technical portfolio and program solutions
- Provide operational and tactical support to deliver on enterprise strategies
- Ensure initiative/program benefits achieve business objectives
- Align portfolio and program deliverables to enterprise goals
- Drive coordination, responsiveness, consistency, and continuous capability development across portfolios
- Ensure enterprise portfolios are strategically aligned, financially optimized, effectively sequenced, and predictably planned for delivery
- Support enterprise‑level portfolio reporting and analysis
- Establish and evolve portfolio management standards, frameworks, and operating rhythms
- Oversee funding, capacity, and demand analysis
- Lead portfolio oversight in a highly matrixed environment
- Develop relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and key delivery partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
