Serve as the subject matter expert for application areas, including data definitions, usage and file structure.
Lead development of Package Software modification requirements and Interface Design Specifications.
Independently analyze business problems or opportunities; develop recommendations and solutions for those problems/opportunities.
Facilitate completion of projects within the allocated time and budget.
Provide direction and assistance to junior staff members.
Provide detailed configuration expertise to customers and business partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
5+ years of experience in related field.
In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
Strong SQL Proficiency.
Experience with medical and pharmacy claims data, including financial claims builds and data extracts.
Strong understanding of backend data structures and analytical workflows.
Experience across medical and pharmacy claims environments.
