Define and manage the product roadmap, including prioritizing features, creating product functional requirements, managing the product backlog, and working with engineering to align release schedules.
Work closely with the data and software engineering team to ensure alignment on product, customer, and business objectives.
Develop and manage product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.
Track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategy.
Conduct market research and customer engagements to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with experience in software development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their life cycle.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a customer-facing software development environment.
Proven experience managing and leading multi-faceted teams.
Experience with agile product development methodologies, product management tools.
Extensive knowledge of the aviation data market including ANSP, Airline, Airport, OEMs, and System Integrators.
