Engineer

• Support development, scale-up, and optimization of advanced composite structures for aerospace applications and hands-on manufacturing in a fast-paced production environment
• Develop, implement, and optimize composite manufacturing processes (layup, cure, bonding, trimming, machining, and assembly)
• Translate engineering requirements into robust manufacturing work instructions and tooling concepts
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, repeatability, and cost-effectiveness of composite parts
• Conduct process development trials and lead root cause analysis for non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Define tooling requirements and support the design, procurement, and qualification of new tooling and fixtures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and automation of composite processes
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), travelers, and control plans
• Support supplier qualification and technical reviews for composite materials and processes
• Train and mentor technicians and junior engineers on composite processes and best practices
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, SAE, NADCAP) and internal quality requirements

Composites Manufacturing Engineer

Director

• Lead and actively participate in day-to-day operations of the spacecraft constellation
• Perform spacecraft commanding, monitoring, and telemetry analysis
• Develop, test, and execute command procedures for payload commissioning, software updates, and spacecraft reconfiguration
• Investigate anomalies, propose workarounds, and implement fixes
• Translate high-level goals into detailed execution plans
• Coordinate across spacecraft engineering and payload teams to align priorities
• Lead shift teams during critical operations or anomalies and provide decision-making authority
• Report anomalies, risks, and resolutions to leadership and provide daily/weekly status updates
• Represent operations in cross-functional discussions

Flight Director

Electrical Engineer

• Participate in all phases of testing avionics flight and ground hardware for E-Space satellites.
• Work collaboratively with engineers of various disciplines to develop the automated test framework for satellite avionics and systems including test methods, custom PCBAs, harnesses, and other hardware.
• Own the custom functional test equipment design from clean sheet to flight hardware production test.
• Develop functional test PCBA and other hardware requirements, architectures, and con-ops in collaboration with other engineering disciplines.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout of power, digital, and analog instrumentation circuit PCBAs using Altium Designer.
• Develop test strategies and plans in collaboration with flight HW designers and other engineering disciplines.
• PCBA and other HW manufacturing, design validation, and integration of automated test systems.
• Circuit simulation and analysis in SPICE, Excel, etc.
• Support SW engineers in the development of automated test control software.
• Execute flight hardware qualification and production acceptance testing including ambient functional and environmental tests.
• Support DUT anomaly resolution.
• Contribute to the development of engineering and production best practices to support most efficient manufacturing.
• Report to the Test Engineering Lead and work closely with the Test, Electrical, and Systems Engineering teams.
