About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and control the sales process for Visier’s flagship enterprise product within a new prospect territory.
  • Develop and implement innovative pipeline growth activities across different verticals within a defined territory.
  • Effectively research prospects, address financial and budgetary blockers, and offer creative solutions.
  • Apply enterprise sales skills to navigate complex buying processes and drive deals forward.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the sales process to contribute to a high-performance sales team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of success in value-based enterprise software sales, with a proven ability to engage and convert C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, and CFO).
  • Demonstrated superior qualification skills in seeking out compelling events, tying value to business benefit, and following a sales process to close.
  • Experience of working in a dynamic and fast growing B2B SaaS environment, ideally one that is delivering disruptive solutions to Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Ability to develop tailored business cases aligned with diverse stakeholders by effectively addressing their unique requirements and strategic priorities.
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen to diagnose and deliver tailored, persuasive solutions for customers.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: oral/written communication, presenting skills, and ability to collaborate with and engage individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Resilience and creativity in hunting for new business; boldness in engaging prospects and tenacity in winning deals.
  • Technological proficiency to understand and articulate sophisticated business analytics solutions to non-technical buyers.
