About the role

  • Manage projects from A to Z: You are the driving force behind our demanding TYPO3 projects.
  • Delight and advise clients: As the central point of contact for our well-known clients (e.g. DRK, VBB, Berliner Bäder-Betriebe), you ensure smooth communication and build long-term partnerships.
  • Translate between worlds: You are fluent in both 'client' and 'developer' language and ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Lead teams to success: You manage interdisciplinary teams across UX design, development, and system administration and motivate them to peak performance.
  • Keep an eye on objectives: You are responsible for budgets, timelines, and the quality of your projects, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our goals.

Requirements

  • Agency experience: You have several years of professional experience managing digital projects and understand the fast-paced agency environment.
  • Project management DNA: You're a natural organizer. Complex tasks, unexpected challenges, and tight deadlines don't throw you off — you always have a Plan B (and C) ready.
  • Basic technical understanding: You have experience with common CMSs (TYPO3 is a plus, not a must!) and terms like SEO, UX, HTML/CSS, and agile methodologies are familiar to you.
  • Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly, proactively, and respectfully — both within the team and with clients.
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a team, share your knowledge, and like celebrating successes together.
