Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership of the department.
  • Support and motivate subordinate managers and employees.
  • Develop staff and identify training and development needs.
  • Process customers’ individual network connection requests.
  • Establish and shape Key Account Management for individual customers.
  • Drive innovations and developments within the company and corporate group.
  • Responsible for budget and cost planning for the organizational unit.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree (Diploma/Master), preferably in the field of energy economics or electrical engineering.
  • Customer-oriented with experience in customer service for large organizational units.
  • Persuasive and confident communicator with a fair, solution-oriented approach to collaboration.
  • Experience managing complex projects; strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office) is expected.
