About the role

  • You develop and manage the event program for a large-scale event in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Brandenburg.
  • You design show elements, formats and interactive dialogue stations.
  • You coordinate the substantive contributions.
  • You liaise with political, municipal and specialist stakeholders.
  • You serve as an interface between the editorial team, agencies, speakers and technical staff.
  • You prepare the content for panels and brief speakers and moderators.

Requirements

  • You have experience in event conception, program planning and/or strategic communications.
  • You are confident operating in political-communication contexts, ideally in the areas of infrastructure, energy or public dialogue.
  • You possess strong writing and conceptual skills.
  • You have experience managing complex stakeholder processes.
  • You work independently, are well-structured and team-oriented.
