About the role
- Support in the design and execution of traditional marketing campaigns (B2C and B2B)
- Assist with marketing activities to generate opt‑ins
- Support the further development of brand positioning
- Assist project leads on cross‑team marketing projects
- Contribute to analysis of brand tracking and KPIs
- Support interface management with the offline sales channel
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a college or university, preferably studying economics/business administration (BWL/VWL), sales, marketing, or a related field
- Ideally, knowledge of agile methods such as OKR, Scrum, and Kanban
- Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach in complex environments
- Ability to identify optimization opportunities and actively implement them
- Deliberate, transparent, and well‑reasoned decision‑making
- Open, transparent collaboration with others
- Quick identification of key issues and structured, prioritized handling
- Understanding and appreciation of different perspectives in collaboration
- Ownership of your own area of responsibility
- Patience and perseverance when facing challenges
