About the role

  • Support in the design and execution of traditional marketing campaigns (B2C and B2B)
  • Assist with marketing activities to generate opt‑ins
  • Support the further development of brand positioning
  • Assist project leads on cross‑team marketing projects

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a college or university, preferably studying economics/business administration (BWL/VWL), sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Ideally, knowledge of agile methods such as OKR, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach in complex environments
  • Ability to identify optimization opportunities and actively implement them
  • Deliberate, transparent, and well‑reasoned decision‑making
  • Open, transparent collaboration with others
  • Quick identification of key issues and structured, prioritized handling
  • Understanding and appreciation of different perspectives in collaboration
  • Ownership of your own area of responsibility
