About the role

  • You take overall responsibility for coordination and provide instruction on the required HSE measures.
  • You ensure the power supply in the region and contribute to the energy transition.
  • You ensure compliance with all occupational, health and environmental protection regulations.
  • You coordinate externally contracted safety coordinators across departments.
  • You develop concepts for site supervision and act as the interface to the central HSE department.
  • You assess safety standards during site inspections and develop practical solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of and experience in environmental, occupational and health protection.
  • Ideally, further training and relevant experience as a safety coordinator according to RAB30.
  • Sensitivity to matters of safety and health.
  • Curiosity and a commitment to continuous, diverse professional development; you strive to understand trends and apply them for our benefit.
