About the role

  • You support shaping the organization’s cultural transformation with a focus on the continuous development of collaboration
  • You design workshops, facilitate them, and handle follow-up activities
  • You support teams in resolving tensions through professional conflict management
  • You contribute to strategically relevant projects
  • You plan events and formats to actively evolve and maintain our culture

Requirements

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or Social Sciences (or a related field)
  • Hands-on and experienced: At least 5 years’ experience facilitating groups of various sizes
  • Strong organizational skills: Work in a highly structured, flexible way and independently develop innovative solutions
  • Team player with initiative: Proactively contributes ideas and drives their implementation
  • Empathetic: Understands the needs of our customers and acts in a solution-oriented manner
  • Tech-savvy: Excellent knowledge of Outlook and PowerPoint is a matter of course
