About the role
- Provide and request standard reports
- Conduct additional, detailed analyses to identify relevant opportunities, customer responses to campaigns, or financial KPIs
- Work closely with Data Science to establish new scores or AI models and collaborate with other data teams
- Actively use formats such as “Chat with your Data” to support data analyses and data-driven decision making
Requirements
- University degree, ideally with a focus on Statistics, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a similar field
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation systems
- Practical experience or project work in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or CRM analytics
- Ability to process large datasets, identify patterns, and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Ability to clearly visualize and present complex data
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, making technical information understandable for non-technical stakeholders, in German (C1) and English (at least B2)
- Confident in using SAP tools, Wip, AfO
