About the role
- Identify digital solutions to optimize business processes
- Lead projects to integrate solutions into existing processes
- Coordinate communication between external vendors and internal departments
- Identify risks and work proactively on mitigation measures
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions
- Ensure careful handover of systems to operations teams and conduct training
Requirements
- Strong ability to break down complex projects into clear work packages
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, self-driven working style
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project
- Initial experience in traditional (waterfall) and agile project management
- Excellent communication skills; German at B2 level
- Successfully completed Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field
