About the role

  • Responsibility for sales planning, reporting and performance analysis in digital sales
  • End-to-end sales and budget planning — covering both acquisition and retention
  • Responsible for building data analysis and reporting structures
  • Development of planning, reporting and forecasting structures
  • Close collaboration with the Performance Marketing team
  • Lead on ad-hoc requests and short-term analyses

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas and/or in energy sales
  • Experience in energy sales is an advantage for understanding context and preparing reliable sales plans
  • Strong numeracy, strategic thinking and a cross-functional perspective
  • Analytical, goal- and results-oriented working style with excellent structuring and prioritization skills
  • Team player with high personal responsibility and strong communication skills
  • Very good German and English language skills (at least B2)
