About the role

  • You will support and further develop our intranet and serve as a point of contact for colleagues from various departments on questions related to the platform.
  • You will create texts and content for our internal formats and channels — and contribute to the production and further development of internal audio formats such as podcasts, including editing and publishing.
  • You will assist with organizing employee initiatives and events and coordinate cross-functionally with various teams.

Requirements

  • You are currently studying linguistics, media studies, political science, the humanities, or a comparable degree program.
  • You have experience creating written content — researching, preparing, and writing are things you enjoy.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with content management systems and/or audio editing — or you are eager to learn and get hands-on.
  • You work independently and in a structured way and enjoy networking internally and collaborating across departments.
Benefits
  • Modern office spaces and meeting areas with coffee machines and water dispensers enhance workplace comfort.
  • Through our working-student retention program we can stay in touch and may be able to welcome you to an entry-level position at Bayernwerk in the future.
  • We shape your onboarding together with you, because our team operates as a single unit.
  • We not only work well together but also have plenty of fun.
