About the role

  • Independently conduct performance analyses in the B2B segment, including data preparation and deriving well-founded recommendations for action
  • Analyze and prepare complex data across all sales channels
  • Create informative reports and provide processable datasets for external service providers (e.g., call centers)
  • Closely coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, external service providers, and sales partners
  • Prepare information and decision-making materials for management
  • Contribute to complex projects, in particular data consolidations, content preparation, and ensuring quality and process standards

Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Economics with a focus on data analysis and data management; preferably a Master of Science (M.Sc.), e.g., in Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of and confident use of relevant IT applications, in particular Microsoft Power BI, Dynamics Planner, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Gamma
  • Solid experience working with common software solutions and CRM systems
  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
