About the role

  • Responsible for reviewing and further developing DevOps process standards within the corporate segment
  • Ensuring standard compliance in product teams through reviews, clear guidance and governance of remedial actions
  • Establishing management reporting with KPIs, trend analysis and transparency on risks and bottlenecks
  • Identifying process anomalies and deriving concrete optimization measures
  • Standardizing and maintaining process mappings in tools such as ServiceNow
  • Promoting automation where it delivers measurable operational value
  • Owning documentation, runbooks and process guides and working closely with product teams and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the DevOps environment and understanding of process standards, IT architecture and governance
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira, and ideally with reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Basic technical understanding of modern IT services, APIs, monitoring, logging and release processes
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management
  • High level of personal responsibility as well as very good German and strong English skills
