About the role
- Provide operational support to the Project Owner for the Leadership Journey across all activities, with a particular focus on event organization
- Maintain the participant database, including managing the invitation process and analyzing attendance
- Coordinate closely with subject-matter experts and regional teams (stakeholder management)
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks (presentations, workshop preparation, etc.)
Requirements
- Enrolled student in (business) psychology, HR, event management, or a related field, with initial experience or a strong interest in HR topics, especially Learning & Development
- Hands-on mentality with strong organizational talent
- Experience using MS Office (e.g., data analysis with Excel) or a strong affinity for these tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
