About the role
- Build and maintain a strong network across all business segments
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders to identify processes suitable for automation
- Identify and advise on AI technology opportunities (intelligent automation)
- Analyze process structures and create clear visualizations
- Develop and implement automation roadmaps and automation journeys
- Advise stakeholders on measuring the impact of automation solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a related field
- Proven experience in consulting and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, agentic AI, workflow solutions, and market trends
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies (e.g., Azure AI, Microsoft CoPilot Studio)
- Excellent process analysis and visualization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication
- Experience in business development is a plus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English
