About the role

  • Driving finance projects such as the design of a new financial framework and the finance transformation.
  • Managing existing KPIs and implementing new KPIs for proactive performance steering.
  • Ensuring effective performance management based on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, FTE, and investment planning.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for finance departments across the E.ON Group.
  • Managing stakeholders and expectations throughout the EDT planning processes.

Requirements

  • A university degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven expertise in delivering complex projects and successfully managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art finance and project management tools, ideally including SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A strong sense of ownership, combined with excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
