About the role
- Work closely with regional markets: Partner with local CVM teams to align on priorities, interpret market dynamics, and contribute to initiatives that deliver measurable commercial and customer impact.
- Support CVM development: Help further develop CVM capabilities by applying a holistic customer perspective and enabling market-wide personalization strategies.
- Promote a value-driven mindset: Collaborate with teams to encourage customer-value–based decision making.
- Optimize business processes: Assess and challenge existing regional processes, identify structural drivers of customer value, and analyze improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Track performance and impact: Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) that capture both commercial results and customer experience impact.
- Accelerate best practices: Foster the exchange of learnings and proven approaches across regions to increase adoption and maximize impact through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience: Strong track record as a Business or Data Analyst, or in a similar role—ideally within retail or multi-market environments. Able to connect data, identify trends, and derive actionable recommendations.
- CVM experience: Expertise in Customer Value Management (CVM), loyalty, or retention strategies, with a focus on commercial impact and a strong understanding of data and modelling.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset: Comfortable working with diverse teams and coordinating across cultural and organizational contexts.
- Hands-on and pragmatic approach: A proactive problem-solver who is willing to dive in, get things done, and stay open to new trends.
- Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
