- Ability to develop sound approaches and ensure buy-in for effective influence and change management.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience working in internationally distributed teams and fluency in English and German.
- Proven people leadership skills and passion for coaching specialists.
