About the role
- Monitoring of decentralized energy plants (HVAC, boiler plants, CHP units, industrial refrigeration, biomass cogeneration plants, ORC systems, fuel cells, etc.)
- Analysis and assessment of fault reports/alarms and initiation of appropriate troubleshooting measures
- Coordination of internal and external service providers and professional, collaborative communication with customers
- Continuous monitoring and efficiency improvement of the above customer installations using appropriate KPIs and ongoing monitoring of operating parameters and operating states
- Assuming responsibility for the plants
- Accompanying on-site activities (e.g., service appointments or commissioning)
- Following up on required maintenance and inspection intervals
- Participation in the technical hotline (1st level support, customer inquiries)
- On-call duty
Requirements
- Completed technical degree, e.g., in process engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the resource-efficient operation of plants and decentralized power generation systems
- Experience with control systems, e.g., S7/TIA Portal, desirable
- Strong solution-oriented working approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid experience in customer support
- Structured, independent and meticulous working style
- Time and self-management skills
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
- Class B driving license (car)
- Willingness to travel nationally
