About the role
- You drive the company-wide activation of the employee engagement approach "YourVoice @ E.ON", work closely with the Employee Engagement team, and bring fresh insights from business and research
- Together with local HR and specialist departments, you identify opportunities and support the development of tailored communication measures
- You assist in the design and implementation of communication campaigns as well as in the planning, organization and execution of national and international events
Requirements
- You are studying (business) psychology, communication, media design or a comparable field
- You have solid knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) as well as digital graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- You create high-quality PowerPoint slides in various designs for different stakeholders and have a keen eye for detail
- You enjoy storytelling and producing audience-appropriate communication formats, e.g., intranet articles and presentations
- As a team player you proactively contribute your own ideas and actively drive change processes
- You demonstrate reliable and independent handling of your own work packages, including time management and stakeholder communication
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
