About the role

  • HR and IT-related consulting: You support employees, managers and HR Business Partners via HR hotline, e-mail and chat on HR topics and the use of our digital HR systems
  • Data maintenance and system operations: You work daily with SAP HR and our ticketing system, maintain personnel data and assist with the internal HR portal
  • Development of tools and processes: You identify optimization potential in our HR systems, system workflows and IT processes and contribute to their improvement
  • Project support: You participate as needed in a variety of HR- and IT-related projects
  • (IT) point of contact within the team: You assist with technical questions or issues within the team

Requirements

  • Commercial background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with initial HR experience or experience in customer service with a strong interest in HR
  • Quick comprehension: You can quickly familiarize yourself with extensive and complex HR topics and IT systems
  • Team spirit and accuracy: You work precisely, reliably and enjoy working in a team
  • Service orientation: You value professional and customer-focused consulting
  • Strong IT affinity: You have good technical understanding and enjoy learning IT tools as well as the willingness to support colleagues with system questions
  • Language skills: You speak German at native speaker level and have good English skills for English-language enquiries.
