About the role
- You independently support the HR Business Partners in operational personnel management, particularly by autonomously implementing individual personnel measures, including contract management.
- You take full responsibility for onboarding new employees and for managing the associated administrative processes.
- You serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on administrative HR matters.
- You reliably and independently handle tasks related to vacation, employment references/certificates, maternity leave/parental leave, and certification/documentation.
- You continuously manage and improve operational HR processes.
- You act as an interface to the payroll team and independently clarify payroll-related questions and issues.
- You support the HR Business Partners with cross-functional HR projects, ad-hoc requests, or the annual pay/bonus process.
Requirements
- A completed university degree or comparable qualification — ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
- Initial practical experience in operational HR administration.
- Confident user of common MS Office applications and SAP HR.
- Basic knowledge of labor/employment law is an advantage.
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working.
- Quick comprehension and a pronounced solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of commitment, initiative, reliability and team orientation.
- Confident and persuasive manner in verbal and written communication with employees and managers.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
