About the role

  • Act as an expert on HR IT systems and serve as project manager for complex HR IT systems projects
  • Provide support and training for all users of HR IT systems (SAP-HR)
  • Oversee the proper functioning of HR IT systems for payroll calculation
  • Act as the main interface with developers for new functionalities
  • Conduct needs analysis and implement necessary solutions
  • Maintain and update the organizational structure in SAP OM
  • Conduct data analysis and develop programs for personnel statistics
  • Integrate HR IT tools to support HR activities and process automation

Requirements

  • Completed university studies, ideally in the IT field
  • Experience in IT & programming
  • Experience in HR is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
  • IT skills: PowerBI and PowerApps
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • SAP-HR and/or other ERP HR proficiency
