About the role
- Responsible for coordinating, documenting and continuously monitoring ICS principles in accordance with E.ON standards and guidelines
- Support business units in implementing ICS principles and identifying control and governance gaps
- Monitor timely implementation of ICS recommendations from internal and external auditors
- Ensure regular assessment of the ICS by subject-matter owners and management and report to E.ON SE
- Maintain ICS documentation and perform routine tasks for EIS Central in the Group-wide IT application 'TeamMate+'
- Functional reporting to and leadership by the Head of ICS Customer Solutions at E.ON SE
- Participate in the Group-wide ICS-BP community to share knowledge and further develop E.ON ICS standards and processes
- Prepare, accompany and follow up on internal and external audits
- Perform risk assessment within the ICS framework and develop measures to mitigate risks
- Train and raise awareness of employees on ICS topics
- Report and communicate the status of the ICS to management and the Compliance Officer
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Compliance and Human Resources at EIS and across the Group.
Requirements
- University degree (e.g. Economics, Business Law, Business Administration) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Internal Control Systems, Compliance, Risk Management or Audit
- Solid knowledge of ICS frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience with audits and preparing documentation and reports
- Analytical mindset as well as structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in dealing with various stakeholders
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
