About the role

  • Responsible for delivering vocational training and continuing education courses for electrical professionals.
  • Primary point of contact for our apprentices/trainees.
  • Independently manage the training process, both theoretical and practical.
  • Actively contribute to digitalization efforts and guide learners into the world of digital technologies.
  • Provide targeted exam preparation and methodical instruction of technical subjects.
  • Plan and coordinate training materials to ensure optimal workflows in initial and continuing education.
  • Prepare assessments and conduct feedback discussions as part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Completed master craftsman (Meister) qualification in electrical engineering; ideally with a recognized trainer qualification (Ausbildereignung) or willingness to obtain it.
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of modern presentation and training methods is an advantage.
  • You enjoy working with learners and thrive in a team environment.
  • A positive, appreciative manner that motivates the team.
  • Structured working style and willingness to take responsibility.
  • You are a natural networker in a large organization; with initiative and a confident presence you will quickly find your place within the E.DIS Group.
