About the role
- Lead a team of commercial contract managers fulfilling and developing commercial contractual requirements for our EIS in-life customer base
- Ensure that E.ON fulfil its commercial obligations under contract, mitigating risk and optimising value
- Act as the primary point of contact for our in-life clients
- Supervise the renewal process for existing contracts
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to synchronise commercial and operational flows
- Identify and drive opportunities for commercial optimisation and risk mitigation
- Advocate best practices in commercial management and forecasting
- Lead contractual and commercial negotiations
- Drive continuous internal process improvements
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of specialists to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience in commercial and contract management across a diverse portfolio of customers and solutions
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Proven ability to identify and drive commercial opportunities and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across multiple teams, ensuring alignment of commercial and operational flows
- Experience in driving change through improved ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and efficiency
