About the role

  • Directly influence the future of mobility in Europe
  • Shape our digital employee experience end to end
  • Own relationships with hardware and service providers
  • Define hardware standards and manage the full asset lifecycle across 11 countries
  • Collaborate with HR for Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
  • Define workplace standards in collaboration with Head of IT
  • Act as 2nd/3rd level escalation for complex workplace issues
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and related environments
  • Implement security standards like MFA and device encryption
  • Manage user and device lifecycle across the organization

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in IT Operations
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API is a plus
  • Fluent in English, German skills are highly beneficial
