• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for sponsorships, conference ticket sales, and external event services
• Identify and prioritize target markets and prospective clients/sponsors across all revenue streams
• Contribute to the development of annual and quarterly sales forecasts and budgets
• Identify, research, and prospect potential sponsors for all hosted events
• Develop compelling, value-driven sponsorship proposals and customized packages tailored to sponsor objectives
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage sponsor contracts
• Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to ensure seamless fulfillment of all sponsor benefits and activations
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategies for driving conference registrations and ticket sales
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement tactical adjustments to meet attendance goals
• Identify and pursue group sales opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost registration numbers
• Identify and prospect external organizations and companies that could benefit from Gloo event expertise (e.g., event planning consultation, logistics support, marketing support, tech tools)
• Develop proposals for event services, clearly articulating our value proposition
• Negotiate and close service contracts
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, sponsors, and partners
• Represent Gloo professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance against targets using CRM and other sales tools
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to the Director of Events on sales trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape
• Work collaboratively with the Events Planning, Marketing, Content, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with event execution and overall company objectives
• Provide feedback from the market to inform future event development and service offerings

Event Sponsorship Manager

Paralegal

• Report directly to the General Counsel while collaborating with the Chief Administrative Officer and cross-functional leadership.
• Lead contract administration, corporate governance compliance, and legal operations, ensuring adherence to company agreements, filings, and governance processes.
• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of legal operations processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain and manage the company's corporate legal library, including governance documents, standard agreement templates, and closing documentation.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and oversee general legal correspondence under the direction of the General Counsel.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline legal workflows and implement best practices for operational excellence.
• Oversee corporate governance processes, ensuring compliance with board obligations, shareholder agreements, and corporate policies.
• Manage board governance, including preparation of agendas, board resolutions, meeting minutes, and shareholder communications.
• Administer documentation related to incentive plans, equity programs, and governance structures.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including vendor agreements, licensing, and partnership contracts.
• Oversee contract workflows, ensuring accurate documentation, timely execution, and adherence to company standards.
• Implement contract risk assessment processes to mitigate potential liabilities.
• Oversee securities compliance, including equity and debt financing transactions, unit options, and membership transfers.
• Ensure alignment with the company's cap table, coordinating closely with finance and external transfer agents.
• Support investor relations, corporate disclosures, and reporting obligations.
• Manage due diligence and closing documentation for financing and equity events.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, particularly regarding solicitation and donor activities.
• Track regulatory changes, coordinate filings with external counsel, and maintain related documentation.
• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights, collaborating with external IP counsel.
• Act as a liaison between legal, finance, HR, and operational teams to drive seamless legal operations.
• Support due diligence, special projects, and external counsel relationships.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within the legal function.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations on legal risk management.
