About the role
- Overall responsibility for sales and store/operations management.
- Develop and implement a clear sales and operations strategy to increase revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and coaching responsibilities for teams in sales and operations.
- Analyze market and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure efficient processes across the value chain – from procurement through logistics to product merchandising.
- Responsible for budget planning, forecasting and KPI management.
- Actively drive digitization and transformation projects.
- Close collaboration with executive management and other departments.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, a retail specialist qualification (e.g., Handelsfachwirt) or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in retail – ideally in an omnichannel or store-based environment.
- Proven track record in sales, operations management and process optimization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, empathy and assertiveness.
- Motivation to actively shape change and a hands-on mentality.
