Key responsibilities & impact

Own and optimize end-to-end inventory accounting.
Analyze system-to-3PL variances.
Manage reserves and prepare reconciliations.
Strengthen internal controls.
Design and deliver monthly financial and operational reporting.
Perform deep-dive inventory and cost analyses to ensure accurate, timely financials.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–5+ years of hands-on inventory accounting experience; prior audit experience is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and inventory valuation methodologies.
Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.
CPA designation preferred.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
