International Sales Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the sales team to support retail growth goals
- Provide day to day assistance and responsible for delivering activation plans and updates
- Own set up forms process for retail needs
- Work closely with copy and creative teams to brief, chase and help move projects to completion
- Supervise and audit retail Product Detail Pages and exposure on retailer sites
- Support execution of retail marketing programs and in-store activations
- Manage, order and track product comp needs
- Create and track purchase orders, ensuring expenses are accurately coded
- Organize and maintain internal filing systems and key documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: BA or BS required, ideally in business or marketing
- 1+ year of administrative or coordinator experience
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented self-starter
- Resourceful — able to think of creative ways to get things done proactively
- Experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects
- Curiosity of the beauty landscape across various product categories
