About the role
- Lead Project Sourcing team to ensure optimal sourcing decisions on NPD and LCM projects.
- Manage resource allocation within Project Sourcing team to support project needs.
- Work with Category Sourcing and Sourcing Excellence team to deliver optimal sourcing solutions.
- Drive Project Sourcing related processes and systems improvement to ensure sourcing efficiency.
- Ensure correct and logical documents and templates (eg. RFQ templates and etc.) to be used in Project Sourcing activities.
- Actively connect with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive continuous improvement on ways of working.
- Continuously coach the team for the skill and capability required to support the dynamics of business development.
- Team gradient development to ensure sustainable growth of the project sourcing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Engineering degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of sourcing and project management experience in MNC or FMCG.
- Experience in cosmetics industry or Category/Commodity management is a plus.
- In depth understanding of cost modeling and TCO management.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
- Strong business ownership and accountability.
- Good capability to manage complexity and solve problem.
- Good data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and influence skills with suppliers.
- Experienced in managing global projects with sound communication skills
