About the role

  • Lead the global onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire has a smooth, connected, and inspiring start.
  • Partner across Talent Acquisition, IT, and People Operations to drive alignment and deliver seamless day-one experiences.
  • Oversee new hire connection programs and resources that foster belonging and early engagement.
  • Support manager readiness through communication, training, and onboarding toolkits.
  • Continuously improve and elevate onboarding programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Lead global milestone anniversary and recognition programs that celebrate key career and moments.
  • Partner with regional People teams to localize recognition while maintaining consistency and equity across markets.
  • Enhance personalization through thoughtful gestures, storytelling, and authentic cultural touchpoints.
  • Oversee the High Performance Team (HPT) recognition program, ensuring alignment and participation across regions.
  • Collaborate with global partners to create programs that strengthen connection, inclusion, and high performance teamwork.
  • Support engagement surveys, feedback loops, and action planning that drive meaningful culture impact.
  • Partner with the Purpose in Action Committee and internal champions to activate company-wide engagement moments.
  • Lead intern and early career experiences from onboarding through offboarding, including feedback collection and program evaluation and year over year elevation.
  • Partner with TA on program insights, conversion opportunities, and best practices for next-gen talent engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Experience, ideally within fast-paced, beauty or consumer brands.
  • Experience leading onboarding, engagement, and recognition programs across global teams.
  • Proven ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., BambooHR, Airtable, Lever).
  • A people-first mindset with curiosity, empathy, and passion for culture.
