Support engagement surveys, feedback loops, and action planning that drive meaningful culture impact.
Partner with the Purpose in Action Committee and internal champions to activate company-wide engagement moments.
Lead intern and early career experiences from onboarding through offboarding, including feedback collection and program evaluation and year over year elevation.
Partner with TA on program insights, conversion opportunities, and best practices for next-gen talent engagement.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Experience, ideally within fast-paced, beauty or consumer brands.
Experience leading onboarding, engagement, and recognition programs across global teams.
Proven ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
High emotional intelligence, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., BambooHR, Airtable, Lever).
A people-first mindset with curiosity, empathy, and passion for culture.
