- Director, Sales, Walmart will oversee the e.l.f. portfolio of brands including e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. Skincare
- Drive, shape and lead commercial strategy in partnership with the VP of Sales and Walmart team
- Full fiscal responsibility for portfolio brands at Walmart, including P&L and budgetary ownership
- Deliver retail sales, revenue and profit to agreed targets
- Lead and manage account team; primary contact for Senior Walmart merchant teams
- Manage assortments, optimize product assortment and inventory levels
- Partner with Visual Merchandising; develop 360 launch plans for new products
Requirements
- 15-20 years Beauty industry experience years within a Sales / Commercial role, and with direct Walmart experience
- Experience managing a sales / commercial team that works with and supports Walmart. History of building relationships with key Walmart stakeholders is key
- P&L management experience a must, along with budgetary ownership and development
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship building skills which he / she will use to benefit the needs of the business with those of his / her retail partner
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work within an extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
