Sales Support Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Help prepare meeting materials and support post-meeting follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales pipeline organization
- Support renewal activities by organizing data, documents, and timelines with guidance from the sales and client services teams
- Assist the client services team with administrative and client-facing tasks
- Help with reporting, data cleanup, and basic process improvement projects
- Gain exposure to employee benefits, client relationship management, and sales operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus but not required
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
