About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Help prepare meeting materials and support post-meeting follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales pipeline organization
  • Support renewal activities by organizing data, documents, and timelines with guidance from the sales and client services teams
  • Assist the client services team with administrative and client-facing tasks
  • Help with reporting, data cleanup, and basic process improvement projects
  • Gain exposure to employee benefits, client relationship management, and sales operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus but not required
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams
  • Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
