About the role

  • Managing technically demanding national and international large-scale projects
  • Comprehensive project handling from the initial inquiry through to execution
  • Identification of technical risks and development of appropriate mitigation measures
  • Project-specific new developments and custom solutions
  • Point of contact for technical matters with internal teams and clients
  • Participation in meetings with clients; acting as the interface between internal and external project stakeholders
  • Support in test executions in the company workshop as well as at external testing facilities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering
  • Relevant (initial) professional experience
  • Good knowledge of materials
  • Innovative mindset, creativity and a proactive working style
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business
  • Experience with monitoring, AutoCAD and FEM is an advantage
