About the role
- Managing technically demanding national and international large-scale projects
- Comprehensive project handling from the initial inquiry through to execution
- Identification of technical risks and development of appropriate mitigation measures
- Project-specific new developments and custom solutions
- Point of contact for technical matters with internal teams and clients
- Participation in meetings with clients; acting as the interface between internal and external project stakeholders
- Support in test executions in the company workshop as well as at external testing facilities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering
- Relevant (initial) professional experience
- Good knowledge of materials
- Innovative mindset, creativity and a proactive working style
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
- Experience with monitoring, AutoCAD and FEM is an advantage
