About the role

  • Manage our network of national customers and distribution partners
  • Advise construction sites, construction companies and contracting authorities
  • Negotiate quotations and orders
  • Coordinate with the technical department to define product-specific customer requirements
  • Work closely with the inside sales team
  • Develop and take responsibility for the sales budget
  • Conduct analyses and prepare reports on product and customer sales statistics
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy
  • Represent the company at trade fairs

Requirements

  • Technical qualification (engineer, construction technician, master craftsman) and experience in a commercial/business role
  • Proven professional experience in sales, preferably in field sales
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as technical understanding for sales, quotation preparation and product costing
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (Value Selling / consultative selling)
  • Knowledge of DYWIDAG products desirable
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • MS Office and ERP knowledge; experience with CRM tools
  • Very good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence
  • Strategic and customer-focused mindset
  • Broad business-oriented thinking
