About the role
- Manage our network of national customers and distribution partners
- Advise construction sites, construction companies and contracting authorities
- Negotiate quotations and orders
- Coordinate with the technical department to define product-specific customer requirements
- Work closely with the inside sales team
- Develop and take responsibility for the sales budget
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports on product and customer sales statistics
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy
- Represent the company at trade fairs
Requirements
- Technical qualification (engineer, construction technician, master craftsman) and experience in a commercial/business role
- Proven professional experience in sales, preferably in field sales
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as technical understanding for sales, quotation preparation and product costing
- Knowledge of sales techniques (Value Selling / consultative selling)
- Knowledge of DYWIDAG products desirable
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- MS Office and ERP knowledge; experience with CRM tools
- Very good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence
- Strategic and customer-focused mindset
