About the role

  • Manage and support our network of national customers and distribution partners
  • Provide consultation to construction sites, contractors, and contracting authorities
  • Quotation and order negotiations
  • Coordinate with the technical department to define customer-specific product requirements
  • Close collaboration with the inside sales team
  • Develop and take responsibility for the sales budget
  • Analyze and report on product and customer sales statistics
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy
  • Represent the company at trade fairs

Requirements

  • Technical qualification (engineer, civil technician, master craftsman) and experience in a commercial/business area
  • Proven professional sales experience, preferably in field sales
  • Strong customer and service orientation, with technical understanding for sales, quotation preparation, and cost calculation
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (value selling / consultative selling)
  • Knowledge of DYWIDAG products desirable
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with CRM tools
  • Excellent German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident manner
  • Strategic and customer-focused mindset
