About the role
- Manage and support our network of national customers and distribution partners
- Provide consultation to construction sites, contractors, and contracting authorities
- Quotation and order negotiations
- Coordinate with the technical department to define customer-specific product requirements
- Close collaboration with the inside sales team
- Develop and take responsibility for the sales budget
- Analyze and report on product and customer sales statistics
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy
- Represent the company at trade fairs
Requirements
- Technical qualification (engineer, civil technician, master craftsman) and experience in a commercial/business area
- Proven professional sales experience, preferably in field sales
- Strong customer and service orientation, with technical understanding for sales, quotation preparation, and cost calculation
- Knowledge of sales techniques (value selling / consultative selling)
- Knowledge of DYWIDAG products desirable
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with CRM tools
- Excellent German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident manner
- Strategic and customer-focused mindset
- Holistic, entrepreneurial/business-oriented thinking
