About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps on stories aligned to features; communicate new capabilities and process updates to customers to increase enterprise adoption.
- Implement tools and processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams; guide development and document standards for use by the organization.
- Act as a consensus builder, aligning systems engineering strategy and design with architectural guidelines, application strategy, and business goals.
- Manage the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) lifecycle, and create and maintain test automation frameworks for key Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and APIs interfacing with the ServiceNow Platform.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Understanding of ServiceNow and HRSD processes; background in other ServiceNow modules such as CMDB and ITSM is an advantage.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Catalog Development/Deployment end-to-end.
- Proficiency in API testing, deployment, and integration.
- Knowledge of Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
- Experience coordinating with multiple product teams.
- Strong communication skills across multiple end users and stakeholders; proven team player.
