About the role

  • Lead and support the migration of automation frameworks from Leapwork to Playwright
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
  • Analyze existing Leapwork test cases and convert them into scalable Playwright scripts
  • Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve test automation processes and frameworks
  • Execute manual and automated testing as required
  • Debug and resolve issues across automation and application layers
  • Maintain documentation for test scripts, frameworks, and migration processes

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (must-have)
  • Experience in test automation framework migration (Leapwork or similar tools)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript for automation scripting
  • Experience in API and UI testing
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
