About the role

  • Execute targeted outbound outreach via email, chat, and digital channels to drive engagement.
  • Analyze product usage patterns and identify upgrade opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding technical requirements, business goals, and buying intent.
  • Clearly articulate product capabilities, integrations, and value propositions to technical audiences.
  • Overcome objections and move qualified prospects further into the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives for handoff of sales-ready opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline reporting in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly pipeline and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Technical Sales roles.
  • Strong background in IT, SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, developer tools, or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience engaging technical stakeholders (e.g., developers, engineers, IT teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work either EMEA or US shift schedules.
