About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for automated infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Develop and maintain scripts, automation tools, and workflows to modernize and streamline development processes.
  • Implement Ansible playbooks and automation for deployment and configuration management.
  • Manage and optimize Cloud IaaS/PaaS resources, primarily in Azure, including services, monitoring, configuration, security, and governance.
  • Write and maintain code in C#/.NET, Python, or other OOP languages (e.g., Java, C++).
  • Integrate service connections, Key Vault, and variable groups within Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Ensure adherence to software engineering standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
  • Conduct automated builds, unit testing, code scanning, deployment, and release processes in alignment with DevOps principles.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and quickly learn new tools to accelerate solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and YAML configurations.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools, automation, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  • Strong coding skills in at least one OOP language (C#/.NET, Python, Java, or C++).
  • Deep understanding of cloud management and Azure services.
  • Ability to collaborate in both individual and team environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
